Welcome to NexloCode. By using our marketplace and purchasing a setup, you agree to the following:
1. The Service (What you are buying)
NexloCode provides a “Turnkey” website service. This includes the design you selected, customization of your content, domain registration, and hosting setup. We aren’t just selling you a theme; we are selling you a live, working website.
2. Customization & Content
- What we do: We swap out the demo text, images, and colors with the materials you provide to match your brand.
- What you do: You agree to provide high-quality images and text that you have the right to use. We aren’t responsible for copyright issues regarding the content you give us.
3. Hosting & Domain
- Ownership: The domain is registered in your name. You own it.
- The Term: Your purchase includes one year of hosting and domain registration.
- Renewals: To keep your site live after the first year, you’ll need to pay the renewal fee for your chosen hosting tier. We will notify you 30 days before your year is up.
4. The One-Year Support Safety Net
- What’s covered: Technical bugs, server issues, and small tweaks to the existing design.
- What’s not covered: Building entirely new pages from scratch or fixing issues caused by third-party code you added yourself.
- Maintenance: We handle the “Internet Plumbing” (security updates and software patches) to keep the site healthy.
5. Delivery Timeline
Once you provide your content (logo, text, images), we aim to have your site live within 48 to 72 hours. If there is a delay on your end in sending content, the launch date will move accordingly.
6. Payments & Refunds
Because we begin manual work (buying your domain and customizing code) immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer full refunds once the customization process has started. However, we will work with you until you are 100% happy with the result.
